Wulf growled underneath her and Andee glanced down at him. A soft smirk lifted the corner of her lips and she apologized to him through their mental link and gently loosened her grip with her legs around his middle that had tightened when he had started climbing the mountain. The wind swept around her face, stunningly cold and fast enough it stole her breath away. She gasped for air as they began to climb even farther up, Wulf's giant legs making quick work of the long slopes and his hard claws digging into the rocky soil with ease. Every time he released to push and dig his claws in once again a deluge of rocks would fall from the side.
Why, one might ask, was she climbing the mountain face? Only if the person lived here would they know the answer. The sight from above was not only beautifully breath-taking. It was a great way to condition both her legs and her Beasts. She used her legs to fight the dragging force of gravity when she had nothing but the saddle to keep her upright, and he fought gravity while pulling both of them up the huge cliff side. IT was a simple but quite ingenious way to train oneself. Not to mention the wonderful thrill of danger that thrummed through her veins.
Andee lived on the taste of danger. Straddling the knife's edge of death and life. Constantly pushing her physical limits and uncovering more and more amazing things about her physical being. She may not be wonderful in heart and soul, not anymore, but she certainly was in beauty and strength. Even in her mind she was quick, able to come back with stinging retorts and sexual promises that had people's heads reeling.
She got what she desired, always and not necessarily because she was a Queen. Though that did help. She got what she desired because she knew of how to ask. She was good at it. Probably would make a great beggar, but she wasn't destined for that. She was destined for greatness. She gasped aloud as they broke through the clouds and stood just below the mountain peak. Beneath sat the entire valley. Stretching in all it's glorious wonder. She could see everything from here, the two castles (such opposites of each other), the Myth Forest... everything.
"Amazing," she whispered.

It was a rare day that Jamik went without his armor and weapons to take flight in the neutral lands of the two kingdoms. Actually he never intended to get this far out but when he got last in the wonderful experience of flight (something he still wasn't used to) he didn't realize that neither he nor Genevieve knew where they were going. It wasn't until his day dreams subsided that he looked down to see they were pretty lost.
With a frown he looked around and then down into the clouds.
"Oh dear." He muttered allowed.
'I know. I'm sorry Jamik.' The echos of Genevieves mind combinded with the wooshing wind and he couldnt help but smile.
"It's not you fault Genny. Just take us down somewhere and maybe we can ask someone were we are."
The blue dragon circled the skys a bit before coming to land on a moutain top high above the clouds. Giving his creature a pat, Jamik slipped down and looked around. It was a lovely view and he thought perhaps he'd take a look around.
Nearby a stream trickled by, "Why don't you have a drink and i'll go look around?"
As he walked away he started to hum. He had a nice singing voice, or at least so his mother had said, and he liked to hum when he was alone.
He wore only his tunic and leather clothing, his belt strapped to his waist held only a small dagger. He looked very unknightly.

Wulf tensed underneath her, his dual heads swinging to the right to inhale deeply. There is someone here Andee. Someone is coming, and they have a Beast, his thoughts rushed into her mind quickly. It was a warning, telling her he wasn't entirely comfortable with this person, so obviously they didn't know him. She nudged him with her calves and he moved silently, no longer needing to sink his claws in so deep as the top of this mountain was somewhat beveled. She rounded a small tree that was hanging on for dear life and her golden eyes dropped lower to the man Wulf had smelled.
Her eyes narrowed. Who was this? He was covered in burns. Beautiful interlacing scars that spider webbed across his neck and face like tiny strands of lightly colored silk. His hair was different for most elves short and shorne at the sides. He was handsome to say the least, his beautiful blue eyes like crystals of lightly colored sapphires. They were different though than most of the elves she was used to seeing. They held a kindness and lightness in them. He must be a Light elf, though she couldn't be sure.
Whether he was Light or not she was still a Queen and he still had to address her as such, or suffer her wrath. She drew herself up in the saddle and called out to him, her voice quick and stern. "Hello, traveler, you look lost," she stated it as a fact because quite frankly he did have a quizzical sort of expression written across his brows. But it wasn't the kind of look that suggested he was angry and lost, just more of an 'oh I wonder where I am' look.

Jamik continued to stroll until a voice caught him off guard. Usually he heard the approach of others but she must have travelled so quickly and quietly that he didn't hear her. Looking up in surprise he saw a beautiful woman with long, silver hair. His eyebrows raised and he smiled, trying not to let the rising nervousness in his gut let the best of him. Always when he saw an attracted girl he made a fool of himself in some way, and he was working on gaining more confidence with this. He was twenty now after all, and a man. The little boy fears he often had had to be put behind him now.
"Hello!" He called, raising his hand to her in a wave, "Yes I am. I was hoping to find directions towards the Marble castle. Do you think you could help me?"
He'd been hiking a bit towards the highest peak of the mountain, hoping to be able to see its spire from there. While he walked he continued to walk towards the woman and her beast. It was indeed strong and terrible looking, but he did not fear it. He liked creatures of all kinds.

Andee's eyes narrowed even further at the mention of the marble castle. Her sister, she sneered inwardly. This boy was looking for her sister? HA! What an insolent and stupid child to ask Andarial, the Queen of the Dark, about her sister. Now Andee that's unfair he doesn't even know you're a dark elf let alone the Queen, Wulf said interrupting her thought pattern once again. And once again he grounded her from flying into a rage. Andee crossed her arms and raised her head, looking down at him from the corner of her golden eye.
"Why in the world would you want to go there? Obsidian Castle is so much nicer," she said a tinge of disgust in her voice. She hated her sister's castle even though she had grown up it. Perhaps that was why she hated it so much, because she had been thrown from it's gates so unceremoniously and left to die. So she had left behind all her love of that castle and had begun her hatred of it. "One as handsome as you would be a hit at the Dark Citadel," she said a lustful and suggestive glint in her eye.
Even though he was supposedly a good guy it didn't mean she couldn't tempt him away from the light. It didn't mean she couldn't destroy his trust in the brightness and bring him of to the soft and wonderful darkness. Show him the amazing wonders that rested within it. She lifted her shapely leg up and over the horn of her saddle and lifted herself down off Wulf. She moved with a disturbing stealth as she walked toward him, like a predator hunting it's prey. But her walk couldn't be any more attractive if she tried.

Jamiks friendly smile dropped from his face at her words. Go to the Dark castle? The only way he'd go there was if it were to fight against all the evil Dark elves there! Other wise he wouldn't be caught dead! He'd never actually been there before but he could imagine all the horrible things that went on among those people. It was most unhonorable and so against anything he stood for. Had a man or someone he considered more dangerous said that to him, he might take offense and fight for his honor at that moment, but since this was a woman and a very pretty one at that he decided perhaps she did not know better.
"I'm sorry Miss but i'd have to say i'd never travel in those lands unless it were to shed the blood of my peoples enemy. They are, after all, unhonorable and scandalous people and mingling with the likes of them is something that goes against everything I stand for as a Knight of the Light Kingdom."
As she approached, her body and smile both seductive his eyes got wide and he took a few steps back. She was a strange creature indeed, and he wondered what she meant. Handsome? He never considered himself that. Not especially with the scars on his body and face.
Gulping, he took a few more steps back as she approached and held his hands up as if trying to calm her advances, "Thank you Miss...B-but I really should be heading back to the light Kingdom all the same."

She laughed as he said her people were dishonorable and the like. Sure they had some more issues than the Light elves but they weren't necessarily evil, just their Sins more pronounced. they were more likely to steal and lust after one another in public and then the guards do nothing about it. The light elves still stole and lusted after each other but they were more likely to be punished so they hid it from the world. So you could that the dark elves were more free. Wasn't that all that people wanted? Was to be free of the shackles of society?
She smirked and made a mock hurt face, "And I supposed that you are calling me, the Queen of the dark elves, dishonorable and scandalous then?" Wulf snorted at what she said, Now that's low Andee. Saying he called you that. That's very mean. She chuckled inside her mind, knowing exactly what kind of spot she was putting this poor boy in. He was already flustered from her advances and she was just making it worse, playing games with him. It was what she did after all and she felt no fear with him. He was young and knew absolutely nothing about magic compared to her.
"The light kingdom will fall to the dark citadel. The fates have always been on my side, and so should you."

Her tone and manner already put Jamik on edge. He flushed a little and felt flustered. Seduction and how to avoid it hadn't been part of his training as a knight. He gulped again and looked down, his eyes avoiding her intense gaze and instead looking at her weapons. As she introduced herself he looked back up to her face in surprise.
"A-Andee!?" He couldn't believe it was her. She looked so different now, or at least very different from what he remembered. Perhaps it was the bitter distain that seemed to drip from her every feature. But just remembering the little princess he'd sort of had a boyish crush on made him blink a couple of time.
Even though she'd said he should join her side, his mind didn't process what she actually meant. It was a strange and silly notion. One completely out of the question in fact. He's sworn an oath to the Queen of Light, and she would forever be his leader (or whoever ruled the LIght kingdom in any case.)
Shaking his head his grin returned, "I can't believe its you! I mean, er, well I can believe it I just... I never thought i'd see you so... soo...." He really couldn't think of the right word to say and he blushed again while looking down.
A list came to mind, a few of the words being Beautiful and (he was shameful to say) voluptuous.

She quirked a brow. He seemed to know her and he had used her nickname. Few called her by that. But she didn't remember him. Perhaps she knew him when she was in the Marble Castle but that had been so long ago he would have grown by a lot. She tilted her head to the side and tried to recall his face but couldn't remember him. That wasn't a surprise though, she rarely remembered anyone unless they had made an impression on her and she had learned to hate everyone from the Marble Castle, using the males only for lustful acts and then killing them.
"I'm sorry I don't remember you," she wasn't really sorry but it was just something she said. "How do you know my nickname and what gives you the right to call me by it?"It wasn't an angry accusation it was more like a confused question. She would usually be vicious towards those who called her by her nickname and were just mere travelers. But he obviously knew her so she needed to milk him for information before going into a rage at his insolence.
"You didn't expect to see me so what?" A lazy smirk once again graced her beautiful features. She watched him closely watching him take in her body and then as he avoided her eyes her smirk grew into an understanding smile. But she left the question hanging there just to feed her own pride. She wanted to hear him say she was sexy, beautiful, pretty or whatever else he was thinking. Her hand touched Wulf and she could hear him laugh in her head. He loved getting in to trouble, and Andee was one of the best people to do that with.

Jamik still couldn’t believe this. He was so excited to finally see Andee again that he dropped the big bold knight act and just walked towards her covering almost all the space left between them. He was smiling a true smile of joy now. He didn’t mind that she didn’t remember him. He figured she probably wouldn’t. They’d only exchanged any words a few times back then, but those moments had always been precious to him.
“I was a squire for my father back then. I saw you sometimes when you came to the living quarters of the beasts.” He started to hesitate then, now feeling shy as he once had all over again. It was sometimes hard to remember that he wasn’t a little no body of a boy anymore. “We… exchanged a few words.”
He didn’t mention that those words were things like, ’Boy, bring me this or that.’ and ’Yes Princess’ and things of that sort. Even though she probably considered her lower than the dirt she walked on, he still couldn’t help admiring her and wishing he could get to know her better.
No one knew it, but when Andee left the castle, Jamik attempted to follow her, but by then she was probably miles away and he had no option but to return.
“I um. Didn’t expect to see you on a mountain top without your soldiers.” He spoke softly and looked away. A lie, but he couldn’t bring himself to admit the truth. He was afraid she’ d laugh at him or something. He’d never been good at this kind of thing.

She smiled and asked, "What's your name?" Why she was asking that she didn't know, but something about this young one was charming in some way. An innocent way. She liked him for some strange reason and the smile was somewhat encouraging in its own way. "I do not need soldiers to protect me. I am just as strong as my sister, perhaps stronger because I am willing to do things she is not," Andee said with pride.
It was true. She was more willing to kill and attack than her sister. More willing to go into battle herself than the light Queen. She scoffed at her sister. What kind of Queen didn't go into battle with her troops? A pathetic and lowly Queen. Especially if it was important to give moral to troops than they needed their Queen there. She walked closer to him and gripped his chin. She tried to turn his head to look into his eyes, "What gave you these lovely burns, young one?" As she said the words 'lovely burns' she gently released his chin and trailed her fingers down his face, tracing the vein-like design of his burns.

Jamik's eyes remained bowed. Now knowing she was the queen and the one he'd been enamored with as a boy, he felt very awkward. "My name is Jamik Connell." He said quietly.
He felt her fingertips on his chin and his eyes tilted up finally to meet hers. The way she looked at him made his heart started to pound, but instantly the fear turned to a cool, calmness while she stroked the scars on his face.
Long ago he'd gotten over the awkwardness that came with the way he looked, or at least that's what he told himself. But even now he couldn't help but silently wish he'd never been scarred in the fire. To other Knights, scars were things to be proud of, but they didn't disfigure, not like how they disfigured his own face.
For a moment he didn't say anything, merely looking into her eyes with his own crystal, pure ones. They held in them nothing but innocence it seemed. Her declaration of power didn't seem affect him at all. In his mind good would always win over evil, not matter what anyone said.
"When I was still a squire, a beast within the stables attacked me and somehow a fire started. I survived but unfortunately they didn't find me until after the fire had been put out." He spoke slowly, drinking in her touch and keeping himself from shivering while she traced one of the vein-like scars on his cheek.

Jamik, she thought on that name, still gently brushing her fingers across his face. She still couldn't remember him. But what a beautiful name, Jamik. "You have a very nice name, Jamik," she purred his name, stroking the syllables with her voice as if they were his face. She dropped her hand and she licked her lips. "You are ashamed of your scars,"it wasn't a question more like a stated fact. "You shouldn't be. They are beautiful. They give you character and make your soul shine with a past people wish to know."
She walked away from him for a moment, stepping backward on her toes with the beauty and ease of a ballet dancer. She took him in at that moment, her golden eyes scanning his form with a desire lighting them deep inside. She wondered what the rest of his scars looked like. Where did they go? Did they cover his entire body? She smirked, the corners of her lips lifting upward with the ease of the well-used expression. It should be well-used too, she looked absolutely sensual when watching him and turning her lips up like that.
Wulf made a sound next to her and she grinned. He knew what she was thinking and was uncomfortable. She didn't even turn but lifted her hand and waved dismissively at him. He turned and left with that, walking deeper into the mountain range to find some water. He was never comfortable with her advances upon men. Especially if he was present. He always felt like a third wheel.

Jamik watched her carefully, not knowing what to make of the lovely woman infront of him. His opinion of her changed so quickly. First she was the beautiful stranger that he merely wanted directions from, and then she became the long lost girl he'd admired from afar. Now she was becoming someone who made his blood begin to pulse and his heart beat so loudly he could hear it in his ears.
His eyebrows raised up while his hands started to go numb, they hung at his hips, feeling much like deadweight. This was so strange and yet so natural.
The caresses he received to his face didn't make him uncomfortable, in fact he quite liked them. For as cold as this woman said she could be as the Dark Queen, she had a very very warm touch.
"Well I uh... they're not exactly the kind of scars a Knight desires to have." He managed to say. As she walked away from him he couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed. Inwardly he wanted more of her caresses.
Watching the silent interchange between she and her beast he suddenly remembered Genny.
'Genny?' He inwardly called out.
'Huh-what?' Came the sleepy reply from the blue dragon. Apparently she'd been sleeping.
'I'm sorry. I just wanted to make sure you were alright.' He replied. 'Go back to sleep. I'm still looking around.'
By that point Andee had turned back to him and he couldn't think of anything to do but watch and wait. She seemed to have something on her mind...

Andee once again walked over to him, but this time, instead of touching him she circled him. Her approving gaze darting across every feature of his body. Suddenly she was in front of him again and right up next to him. PRactically touching him. Her hands came up to cup his face to force him to look at her and she then placed her mouth right next to his. Not exactly touching, but close enough to feel the heat radiating off of him. She smiled, a devilish and lustful turn of the lips that promised so much and yet nothing at all.
"Jamik," she purred his name once again. Slowly she placed her lips upon his and molded her mouth to fit his. She lingered there for a while, drinking in his scent and taste. She hadn't tasted a man in what seemed like an eternity. She ran her tongue along the seam of his mouth. She shivered and everything just felt so wonderful. Her body was humming with pleasure and sparks of desire were leaping across her skin. She wasn't afraid of what he would think. No she had seen the way he'd been looking at her and knew he wanted it badly. Who was she to deny him?
