The Kitchens are busy and full of clanging sounds. Fire seems to belch from every stove and fireplace. It is extremely hot and humid in the Kitchens with steam rising from pots and constant yelling. There is constant cooking in there.

The Dining Hall is huge with three wooden tables going vertically through the room. Long benches line the sides of each table. At the end of the room farthest from the door is the horizontal head table. This is where all nobles and royalty sit. Each person has their own chair.

The library in the Obsidian Castle is just as impressive as the library in the Marble Castle, though the books and scrolls hold different things. These writings hold dangerous magic and war tales, mostly dark things. The library has three levels, with the bottom level the only place that has a floor. The others are merely rings of obsidian mounted onto the walls, including stairs and a guardrail. The ground level has comfy chairs and a large fireplace.

The halls in this castle are made completely out of obsidian and ruby, just like the rest of the castle. The wall that faces towards the grounds though have large windows with heavy ruby colored curtains pulled across them. The halls are usually quiet.

The Queen's bedroom is large and round. It has a cherry wood desk and chair against the back wall. Her canopy bed is black with ruby sheets and blankets. On the left wall is a huge cherry wood wardrobe and opposite of that is her restroom. In different shades of ruby on the floor is her insignia: two crossed scimitars in the center of a circle.

The Hedge Maze is tall and often blocks out the sun because of it's covered top. It winds in all sorts of directions and is somewhat annoying to navigate. In the center is a carving of Andarial herself, riding Wulf.
