Aria
"If what you need is a different sky
find some water where it should be dry
jump through the surface and soon you'll see
another world"
the basics,
»»character full name:Aria Featherstone Pronounced[R-ee-uh](But she has since changed it to just Stone breaking away from her twin)
»»age:25
»»sexual orientation:Straight
»»Alignment: Light
»»Position:Queen
»»Magic:Water
the appearance,
»»eyes:Blue and Silver
»»markings:None
»»height:5’8’’
»»weight:120 pounds
»»general appearance: Just like her sister, Aria carries the same beauty belonging to that of a royal. She is tall and thin just like her sister, but with a few subtle differences. Her skin is light and fair, unlike Andarial’s however, she does possess the same white long flowing hair. It falls down past her shoulders, with a few strands tied in red ribbons to keep out of her face. As a queen she also has the tall pointed ears that give away who she is, to those who have yet to recognize her as Aria. But the brightest feature about her is said to be her eyes which sparkle blue in the sunlight and when challenged they turn the color of silver. Children have always made up stories on how the twins had eyes made of the sun and moon.
When Aria walks on the land, she moves in swift strides like that of a fox. It is the movement of a proud huntress that never ceases to rest in the forest where she often spends her time. Always she is clothed in a white dress that falls high up above her knees. Golden fabrics have been woven into the top in a V formation. Small armor plates protect her shoulder, and painted to match the colors of her clothes. For shoes Aria wears white ones that climb up to meet her dress. They are tethered by golden bands to help keep them in place when on the run. She wears matching gloves, but normally she takes them off when lounging around. And Aria is of course never without her favorite bow. Crafted n colors of gold and ivory, she is never without them.
the personality,
»»likes: books, water, her beast, her home, those loyal to her, nature
»»dislikes: fighting her sister, anger, sadness, and death
»»strengths: Fighting: Just like her sister, she was trained just as all royals are when they reach a specific age. For the most part they have their own unique set of skills and magic that is used. Aria is highly skilled when it comes to archery and acrobatics seeing as how she spends most of her time in the trees hunting.
Magic: When she isn’t out hunting, Aria is out using her magic. She loves working with the water and dancing with it to hone her skills. Not only can she use it in fighting, but create objects from it as well like art. Aria can put on some water show.
Love: It’s an inner strength that has always kept her going to rule as the light queen. She only hopes she can live up to her own parents now that they are gone.
»»weaknesses: Kindness: Sometimes all Aria needs to do is get angry in order to fight. It has been known to weaken her, because it can have the power to hold her back. It’s hard for her to use anger though, for she fears that in doing so she will turn into her sister.
Her Sister: So many times she has tried to get her sister to come back into their old reality. And it takes her down because Aria isn’t sure if she’d have the strength to ever fight her own twin. But Aria just can’t seem to let her go without a fight.
»»secrets: Aria is afraid to lose her sister.
»»general personality: Unlike her sister, Aria is quite the opposite. She is gentle and caring of those who are around her, and always open to help those in need. Aria is not so easily angered, and instead carries her father’s patience as well as his tolerance. Her love for creatures and her own beast runs deep, and in her mind family has always been important. Whether her sister knows it or not, she will always love her like a twin. In her mind it is love that can overpower lesser evils, and may be the only way she can bring her sister back to their world.
That is of course the side of her that everyone has come to understand, but she isn’t as delicate as one would think. Behind her kind hearted exterior lies a warrior. And why she would like to give others the benefit of the doubt, Aria lives in darker times. She has a strong will and would refuse to back down from a fight if it meant protecting her lands. Smart and agile, Aria is no fool. While she doesn’t have a temper like her sister, her calmness can be just as deadly. Her mind is always taking in information and processing to make for a better outcome. She can be straightforward and to the point, and it wouldn’t be wise to lie to her.
the history,
»»mother: Fira (Deceased)
»»father:Tyros (Deceased)
»»siblings:Andarial (Twin Sister)
»»others:none yet
»»background: There were happier times in Aria’s life, times filled with love and such hope. She was raised up in a loving family and even had a twin sister. They shared their worlds together, constantly falling into games of imagination and wonder. But times were soon to grow dark, and this life was to be taken away from Aria. One day when Aria could not locate her sister to go out for a stroll, something happened. Andarial had found herself mixed up in dark magic. Changes occurred and Aria didn’t know what to do to help her sister. They had shared everything their entire lives, and all at once she was losing her.
No longer was Aria’s sister the same, a darkness had poisoned her and she couldn’t do a thing to help. Aria watched in horror as her sister went about the day, with what seemed to be like insanity rising in her. That very night she decided to follow her. She didn’t feel safe, and a burning sensation told her that something was not right. Andarial was not well, and moving about the castle. Aria witnessed her sister kill their own father right before her very eyes. But she did not stick around to find out what else she could do. Aria ran from the room to tell someone of Andarial’s changed.
Not long after Andarial was thrown from the castle, and banished from reigning alongside her sister. And for a while Aria did not hear of her sister, until one day news of the Obsidian Castle came into being. Her sister had created a kingdom of her own. But even now there is nothing she can do but silently watch. Aria has tried to speak with her but to no avail, for now only time can pass as she looks for an answer.

It was the first place that had appeared in her mind to visit first, here Lana could collect her thoughts before seeing anyone again. And what a surprised that would hold, especially for Clark and Lex. But no matter where she went, she’d always be drawn back to Smallville. So many unexplained events had thrown her life into some never ending loop, and it made her miss what she used to have. Lana could still remember her first year of high school, everything wasn’t so complicated and friends were easier to keep. Sure there had been some tough times, but it was nothing that Lana couldn’t handle. Walking through the graveyard, Lana kept her eyes trained on the ground. She didn’t know where she was going, but her feet would lead the way. And after walking for a few minutes, she found herself near a few old trees. Beneath their shade was a headstone that was all too familiar.
Her parents were still buried here, and for some reason Lana wanted to believe that this had changed. Maybe if they had been moved elsewhere it would give her a reason not to feel so guilty. Lana couldn’t even begin to remember the last time she had truly come out here to visit them. She stood there unmoving as the wind blew around her. The trees swayed and creaked in the late afternoon while the rest of the cemetery remained silent. Keeping her hands warm, Lana kept them deep within her pockets as she tried to think of something to say. Why was it so hard? She leaned over and brushed off the leaves that rested on the headstone. “What am I even doing out here?” Lana felt ridiculous just in coming out here. Of all the places in Smallville, and yet here she was.
