Welcome to RISE&&fall, a Dragonball Z roleplay forum in serious need of resurrection. It takes place after the defeat of Majin Buu where the Earth is peaceful once more.
Current Saga:
It has been a year since Majin Buu was destroyed by the efforts of the Z-figthers. Thanks to the power of the Dragonballs the destruction he caused was wiped away and the populace thrives in a seemingly peaceful world. that is until the day a raging behemoth known only as Kail appeared in the ruins of Eastern City. Kail's rampage once again spread death and fear across the earth, and it seemed that not even the Z-Warriors could stop him... and then He came. Saiph. This mysterious warrior appeared as if from nowhere and effortlessly defeated the unstoppable Kail. Now all the world hails him as a hero... But is Saiph all he seems to be? Just where did this new hero come from? How did he defeat the rampaging Kail so easily? Just what is he really after? Perhaps only time will tell...
We are currently trying to get the next plot under way, but are in need of more active members to pull it off. Both canon and original characters are welcome here. Don't be fooled by the number of inactive members. I assure you that there are enough of us around that are determined to get things up and running again.
